My item is damaged or parts are missing on arrival. What do I do?
It is very important to inspect your delivery item before accepting it from the courier.
If it is damaged or there are parts missing, then you can refuse the delivery.
If this is not possible at the time, the package should be inspected as soon as possible and any damage must be reported to us within 3 days so that we can investigate and arrange a replacement for you. To ease the process, please attach photos of the item you received to help with our investigation.
We prioritise that our customers have the goods ordered in the condition that you expect.
